We are happy to introduce the fifth year of Baltic Dressage League, the competition series set forth by the equestrian federations of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The competition format was born in 2014 at the initiative of Dr. Wojtek Markowski, with the purpose of giving riders of the Baltic area an opportunity to compete together with the riders from the neighboring countries, preparing for the international competitions in the future.
Such a competition series is a great achievement not only for our athletes, but also for our dressage officials: this is an amazing chance to work together with their Baltic colleagues and gain new international experience!
For this season our family of participating countries has grown, as Russia has joined our league. We wish all the competitors good luck for the 2018 season and hope to see all of you at our Baltic Dressage League qualifiers!
Please note: We are sad to announce that due to the lack of entries, the OC of BDL Finland decided not to hold their competition as part of the Baltic Dressage League series.
